Yoga Poses for Heart Chakra
The first is the camel pose, or ustrasana in Sanskrit, which releases tension in the chest and shoulders. This pose begins with both knees gently on the floor, hip-width apart, and your toes pointing back. Place your hands on your hips, and begin to arch your back while allowing your head to fall back slowly. Then, when you are ready, it is time to reach for your heels. The goal is to grasp your heels and lift your chest toward the ceiling. The magic happens while taking several deep breaths, feeling the expansion in your chest and the opening of your heart chakra.
The second is the bow pose, dhanurasana in Sanskrit
