We are excited to announce Kasamba's Scheduled Messages, an automated way for you to follow up with your clients and bring them back for more readings, save time, and easily increase your earnings!

Immediately after the reading, you can write a message to your clients that will be sent to their Kasamba ‘My Messages’ inbox at the time you set - from 2 hours to 1 week in the future.

How it works
1. The window pop-up
The Scheduled Messages window will automatically load immediately following every chat reading with a duration longer than 2 minutes.

2. Personalize a message and send it
You can use the feature to write a personalized message to the client and set a time in the future for it to be automatically sent to them. You can choose a send time of 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 1 week.

3. Message Successfully Sent
The client will receive the message at the time selected via My Messages. It will appear as a regular message and they will not know it was pre-scheduled.
Please Note:

  • After scheduling the message, you will not be able to edit the message or change the send time. However, you can delete the message by manually sending a new message to the client before the scheduled send time.
  • Any contact between yourself and the client before the scheduled send time will automatically delete your scheduled message and it will not be sent to the client. This includes a message from you to the client, a message from the client to you, an email reading or a chat reading with the client.
